Attaching some pics from a recent sunset. Talk about being in the moment. I couldn't take my eyes off of it and I have at least 20 photos - every single one completely different, completely perfect. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.
An excerpt from Todd Pequeen – local massage therapist
What a wonderful world we open ourselves up to when we practice being in the moment. At times it may cause conflict with friends or family. Other times you may be called selfish or arrogant. However, losing our watches and our calendars and dropping into the momentum of spontaneity not only produces opportunities, it keeps us young and healthy in our spirits. Go away this coming weekend, break your routine, go out of your way to meet someone new and I guarantee the results will be positive and energizing.
