What a great birthday weekend. Lots of drinks, dancing and happy people. I wore a party dress and treated myself to a much needed pedicure. The gimp toe is still looking a little funky, but the dawgs were happy to receive some attention. After the pedi I went for my next treat - pollo friiiiito! Mmmm, gotta love fried chicken! There was no homemade cake from my mommy, but I did get a song and several tequila shots. Maybe mom can make me a cake in September????
It's definitely weird to be away from home, but it's made me appreciate all the love I get from so many people every day. Thanks for the beautiful wishes and notes of encouragement and admiration. I love who I am - my life is filled with some many wonderful gifts - you. May you all receive the strength, support and love that pink angels bring.
