Happy Feet

The last couple of days have been a little poopy. Not feeling good, my teacher had to cancel a lesson (which I soooo need), I’ve got a little worry on the brain and I got too much sun. I didn’t get burned, but it was just too much heat and rays with a headache and sore throat. So, today I did errands and threw in a much needed pedicure to treat myself. At the risk of over sharing…my wheels have a hard time looking pretty as it is – the boonyahs. So, imagine them after 6 weeks in flip flops, walking through sand, mud, rain, ants always underfoot, etc. Yeah, yeah, erase that picture from your mind now.

Then I found Helen. For just under 10 bucks she went to town on the dawgs. She put her back in to it! She scrubbed, rubbed and dubbed ‘em up. You know you’re getting a good pedi when there’s skin flyin’ all around. I think I might be 5’1” now instead of 5’2”!

I must like you people to share a photo of my feet. I tried to spare you the sight of the monster with some creative styling. This is a paint job Tica-Style. See my flowers? Here it’s not unique, all the Ticas have happy feet, but it was a nice special something for me anyhow. Gave me a throwback to the prom…no one, and I mean no one, had a ring and gold chain attached to their nails.
